Enrollment in WCSC is open to all state fund, self-insured companies and public employers in Ohio who pay premiums or administrative fees to BWC. Enrollment can occur at any time of the year, but to qualify for the fiscal year rebate, you must enroll in the Wood County Safety Council by July 31 of the current program year.
Annual membership fees: 1-100 Employees $100.00; 101+ Employees $150.00 (Subject to change.)
Rebate Program
Most employers who fulfill safety council rebate eligibility requirements can earn a 3% rebate on their workers’ compensation premium, up from 2% in FY23.
